FOUNDER OF CORRECTIVE MUSCLE THERAPY CLINIC

Megan graduated from Victoria University (Formerly Footscray Institute) with a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree, majoring in Physical Education.

Due to her passion in anatomy and physiology she furthered her studies, acquiring her Diploma in Remedial Massage from Q Academy in Qld. Her father, being an Engineer passed on invaluable lateral thinking skills. With all three combined, the unique concept of Corrective Muscle Therapy was born.

It’s a highly specialized system combining principles’ found within Myotherapy, Remedial Massage, Physiotherapy, Chiro, Osteopathy and Exercise Physiology -all of which have common denominators.

In combining her very diversified knowledge base, Megan has developed what she now refers to as, “Corrective Muscle Therapy.”

These treatments became so much more than just a massage as can be evidenced in the many testimonials.

CMTC has a very unique and highly specialised way with fixing sore shoulders, stiff necks, painful elbows, crook jaws, debilitating back injuries, aching hips, knee pain, ankle issues and sore feet.

Many diagnosed medical conditions arise when the function is reduced in these joints, such as frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, bursitis conditions, sciatica, patella tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, to mention but a few. It is our goal to reach out and help more people as we can see the difference we are making to people’s lives. Hence, the business is expanding and we are creating a team of very competent, specialised Corrective Muscle Therapists to enable us to move forward in creating a product with purpose.
